Heather is a real estate agent with a well rounded background. She has owned and operated a thriving business for over 10 years. She purchased her first home at the age of 20 and has been obsessed with real estate ever since. She has been through the home buying process as a First Time Home Buyer, experienced home ownership through the construction loan process, and finally through the conventional loan process, after a divorce, giving her a wide spectrum of personal experience in which she will be able to educate and guide clients from firsthand experience. She has a strong reputation for her attention to detail and her tremendous resourcefulness. If she doesn’t know the answer, she knows someone who does or will find someone who does. Her commitment to community is evident in her volunteer work in her local town government where she has served in the past on the budget committee, appeals board, and currently as a Selectboard member. This experience has given her a clear understanding of ever changing land use regulations which is an asset to clients either buying or selling. In addition to her volunteer work in town government, she has chaired various committees that support the programs her children have participated in.
